Luckily for me, I had brought my camera to work the night of the 10th. That storm that rolled through the area produced a ton of lightning strikes. Also, lucky for me, you could see a majority of them off of the third floor balcony at College Square Retirement, my place of work.
Unfortunately, I had forgot to bring my tripod, therefore all of these shots are handheld. They aren’t as sharp as they could have been, but I believe they turned out pretty good.

Where are the cloud pictures that you took before the lightning show? These are good.
I didn’t think many of them turned out that great so I annexed them from the post. I’ll have to have another look and see if any of them turned out better than I had originally thought.
